It is very normal to think about the smells or scents we have. It is normal to even want to check our own scents and become familiar with our "normal" scents. And when we do this and identify what is "normal" to our own scents, we will be able to detect when something is not right about our scent.
When someone's health is compromised their scents can change so to be "aware" of our own natural scents can help us to recognize something might be wrong.
