I said that apparently he wanted to be on the list.
I told him I'd make some extras for him. Now, he is a total health nut. He eats home grown and organic - is hugely against GMOs - so the idea of him being interested in my chocolates seemed remote.
He asked me if I made dark chocolate. I said yes. He asked me the percentage of cocoa. I told him I didn't know and then made a snarky comment about how I'll go to his organic food website and buy all this stuff that isn't even edible and make it for him. We had a good laugh.
So, I have a small sampling of my usual chocolates....but am going to make a special one for him - partly as a joke, but I'm sure he'll like it - dark chocolate goji berry clusters (He's big on goji berries too) - that I'm making with all organic stuff - carob powder, agave, vanilla, goji berries and coconut oil. I hope it turns out good.
