I need some ideas. All my normal distractions aren't working.
I've been out. I've gutted kids rooms. Changed them around.
I've tried sleeping. Relaxing. Just being mindful.
Nothing is helping me feel connected. I can't face my friends and family. It feels to painful to talk.
I've tried helping out in here that's not helped either.
I've not felt this bad in ages. I've had days but it's never lasted this long, apart from really sick. I'm normally good. At getting myself out of this place.
I just don't know what to do. :,(
