Do you have access to a video game system? Play something. Or go to the Games keyword on AOL or any other site with free games. Some don't require a lot of concentration and may get your mind off of things for a bit.
Make something to eat that you really like and try to put all your energy in to tasting it, feeling the texture, really get in to it. A piece of fruit or ice cream perhaps.

Thank you I'm going to have a look at this.
I just made some toast as couldnt stomach dinner earlier. And having cup of tea.
And yes this has been caused by misreading a text yesterday. And totally over reacting to it. Even when the person explained it to me.
But it was to late. I think I was prob on the border of something to have misread the text the way I did any how.
I lashed out at myself, pretty bad too.
