For me, Geodon (Ziprasidone) has been weight neutral. Several years ago I came up with a brilliant idea to take myself off of my medication without pdoc or T knowing and it didn't turn out so well, so I would say to continue taking your medication. If you have a good pdoc he'll work with you.
