I think you should first try the cheaper one and then compare them. Are you working? If not, how likely is it that you will be able to work again if you go to either one of them? Can you afford to spend your savings, and is it likely that you will get better quicker by spending most of your savings? If you think you can go back to work faster with the expensive one, it might be worth it. If not, be careful with your savings, although it could still be worth it.
