for me when this has happened to me it was when the alters were merging/becoming one/integrating with me.
I have also had this sort of thing happen to me and my treatment providers called it psychosis, medication induced stammer and other problems associated with lack of sleep, my nutritional level and my having MS.
my suggestion contact your treatment providers they can tell you if this is integration for you or something different.
