kind of like some people with DID can co consciously be like a back seat driver or floating on the ceiling, or sunk into their mattress or wall, watching or hearing what the alter in control of the body is doing.
your location may believe differently maybe you can contact your treatment providers, let them know whats going on and maybe they can explain to you whats happening to you.

Thanks for responding. I have a lot of consciousnesses. The alter who took us to the session was there and trying to talk to my t but instead there was another alter talking. When she talks she stutters and the one who took us to session doesn't. The one who took us to session couldn't get a word out without stuttering. He had to take his time and focus on what he was saying to get out what he wanted to say without stuttering. The odd part was that I couldn't feel the one who stutters. She was there but I couldn't feel her when the stuttering was happening. I have never had this happen before. My t thought maybe someone was trying to prevent my alter from speaking. But that wasn't the case. It was a strange thing that I still don't understand.
