I may have missed it, but what do your pdoc and t offer, or have you discussed it with them? If this is a change that you are committed to make, they will be your best source of help.
I don't smoke, but I have a brother who does daily, and even though he has been prescribed anti-depressants he will not take them-not sure if it is because of the pot.
As for alcohol, I do drink, but I know that this should only be a minor amount because alcohol does not allow the drugs to be effective.
