It's mundane unless you make it better. I personally know people who built exciting lives for themselves - sailing the Pacific for weeks at a time, growing hundreds of rare orchids, leading canoe trips in uninhabited regions, and being a research scientist in fascinating ecosystems all over the world. For me, however, it's mundane. I have failed to make something fantastic of life. (I guess we don't know the future for sure, so I should say I've failed so far.)
