Wow -- I wondered where you were! I didn't know you were in the hospital! I'm glad it was mostly a positive experience!

When I went in-patient years ago, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and was glad I signed myself in. I certainly needed it, and was much better when I got out.

But cold showers? Brrrrrrr Talk about shock-treatment. LOL
