I may be interpreting this wrong, but I did not mean to say I get a thrill out of it. I was just pointing out how drawn I am (and aparently many others) toward them. It was simply an observation, for me, mostly.
I am not so vile a person as to get a "thrill" out of others' pain. I am certainly not proud to be attracted to the darker things I and others' experience. That is just a place where I naturally tend toward. It is also very natural for me to feel pain and anguish most of the time - and when I don't feel that, I don't feel "normal."
I always see negative before positive.
