Prepare yourself before you get into your car. Check the backseat before you leave home if you feel you might be worried. Always keep your car locked so that no one
has access to it if you're alarmed by driving at night. Being prepared beforehand
may save you some hours of concern.

I always enjoyed driving at night because it seemed so peaceful--not much
traffic, quiet, and pleasant. Driving in daylight is also enjoyable, though, because
I find smooth traffic relaxing, but boy, when the smart alecks come along with
their speed and wreckless driving, things change rapidly. I often wish a patrol
officer happened to be there at that moment.

Take care; you'll be safe if you prepare the safety of your car before you ever get in it.
