Well, try using the Omega 3 fatty acids for calmness. The Nordic Omega 3's are
really helpful for me, but there are many brands available. Maybe your husband could pick up a supply for you. If you can get your sleep at night that will be a big
help, and the Omega 3's help me with that. It may take several days for them to
kick in, but they do help, and Speed stress creates acid for your tissues and fluids.
That's another reason you need to try to get things calmed down for you.
