Yup therapists arent the only ones that no longer use the word integration when doing the integration process. I don't think I ever used the actual word - integration - with SKR. To me the integration process was just a part of what I called awareness therapy of being aware of what was going on around me and during therapy remaining aware of what was going on around me - my therapists voice and so on at the same times as being aware of the memories. And I don't remember LL and I actually using the word - integration - either. We are just continueing on with how SKR and I did things.
