It takes a while, Clint. Be sure you work on getting the acid-alkaline balance of tissues and fluids corrected so that the Omega 3's don't have such a hard job trying to keep a slightly more alkaline state in you fluids.

Using the "lemon thing" helps with that on occasion when you have symptoms of too much acidity. That usually works to get things under better control pretty quickly. Squeeze 2 fresh lemons into about 8 oz water. Drink it; if you don't feel better in 4 hours, repeat the process. That should do it for you; it does work for me and for some others.

I hope you do have good sleep with Seroquel. I've heard good things about that medication.

One person has communicated with me about this and she's been at it for a month but has not had good results yet. Hopefully, she will begin to feel them soon.

Using the Omega 3 fatty acids has been proven now to be helpful in bipolar illness. (They are used far more frequently in the Mediterranean diet than in the Western diet, so the U.S. is learning from neighbors about good things to use.
