I take Abilify, Lamictal & Trazadone to sleep (just started on that due to a hypo manic episode that ended badly--was taking Xanax at night, but it didn't knock me out enough). Concerta & Provigil to help with excessive daytime sleepiness. Was stable for 4 1/2 yrs. before I had a relapse so I think they are pretty good.--Suzy

P.S. Everyone is different. I couldn't take Geodon due to dizziness & extreme sleepiness (falling asleep while driving), but I have some friends who do great on it!
