Only you know all the pros and cons of the situation. My bias is always to finish things - and quit only if it feels really right. I don't think it makes you a loser of course, and that's what you really asked at the beginning. Some degrees are always valuable, and some are rarely valuable. Again, only you know this field of study in your case.
