great idea but some states are/have banned using portible electronic devices like cellphones, smart phones, IPhones tape recorders, ...while driving. here where I live and work in New York this ban is in affect even for those hands free devices. we get hefty fines for it ranging from $85.00 on up through $200.00 sometimes more if you add in the surcharges/tax and what have you.
