Another thing, is people tend to always tell you when you did something wrong, but fail to tell you when you're doing good. This is so true at work and everywhere. So I try to make a point to tell people if they did a good job and if I'm proud of them.

I agree. Since I've been diagnosed I have friends I don't hear from anymore.
Before my onset we were tight. Now i font even get a "how are you" phone call.
