There's really not enough to really place it. Anti-social behavior doesn't mean that the person has a personality disorder based on that. To me, I would gravitate to either a social anxiety problem or possibly a narcissistic tendency. While it may be strange to include the latter, there is work out there that shows that actual full blown cases of narcissism are related to a wounded sense of self, a very fragile feeling, that makes people react in different ways. Some sense though of some kind of general or social anxiety might be more appropriate. It really depends and can't really be determined on just this small sample of attributes. A therapist would be a person who could actually comment more. If this is someone you know well and want to help, then I would suggest either talking to your own therapist or getting this person to consider therapy themselves. It really depends on how much these things are getting in the way. And also how open someone is to wanting to change. That is the crucial bit. And sometimes people just don't want to go into it at all. That also has to be respected even if it is hard.
