My female t's dress stylishly but tastefully, color coordinated, sort of fun and a little artistic looking I think. My male t's have usually dressed nicely but occasionally sloppy or unbusiness-like. One of them looked like he was dressed in a disco dancing costume once which was weird. It annoys me that male t's have thought it was appropriate to comment on my appearance, while female t's, who obviously put more work into their appearance than the men, are sensitive enough not bother me about my appearance. I put more work into my appearance than the men too.

I wonder if t's tend to put more work into their appearance than people in other professions since clients are likely to observe them closely, and since I think therapists tends to emphasize conformity a bit, or at least creativity within socially accepted boundaries.
