An event can be woke up or anything else. You wouldn't know you were in a bad mood if you were sleeping.

I put what I was thinking when I felt triggered or anything else I felt is important that day. Usually I write something whenever I realized that I've had a positive or negative reaction.

Some times I respond to something
before I think. Whether is because my thoughts are to slow or I flip out. I write that there. I can send you a sample of what my depressed looks like and manic looks like if you want me to.
