Another good night's sleep last night, although I almost stayed up too late. I almost forgot to take my sleep meds that I'm using to help me get back on track with sleeping, but i didn't. Almost forgot to and it would have been easy to keep on playing my game (tend to forget about time when playing) but I forced myself to quit *pats self on back*

Got myself up at 6:30 again and spent a little time on the computer, then got myself ready for work starting at 7:00 am. Left the house with 40 min to walk to the bus and walked more leisurely -didn't end up getting painful shin splints this time at that pace. had about 7 min. to spare before the bus arrived. All in all a good start.

The day has been better than in the past, as I'm not as tired in the afternoon as I had been. I still get drowsy after eating and in the afternoon but it's bearable and I'm not literally nodding off!
