Hello Rhapsody, Tramadol is highly addictive. Beware, be carefull. I was on it for 9 months, and it left me like needing more. For pain relief I would reccomend plain old paracetemol. Ive been through all the hoops and found them to be as effective. This only my opinion, I'm not a medical person but Ive been on all the pain meds.
