Why is an OB/GYN prescribing anti-depressants? Psychotropic medications are way out of his field of expertise, in my opinion. Go see a psychiatrist. It sounds more like you have PMDD, a severe form of PMS. I forget what anti-depressant is usually prescribed for that but it isn't Wellbutrin. Just my two cents.
