Thanks, guys. No, my bf can't get it, because it's in a very dusty area by my lamp, and him trying to squeeze into the small area to get it (not to kill it; I don't want to hurt it) would cause the lamp to shake and dust to spread around. It's been there all night and all day. What's it waiting for? I guess the answer is food? I just don't have the patience to sit in the same place all day like that. I'm silly for saying that, because I spend most of my time in one of two places, when not using the bathroom and on the rare occasion I go out.

I just hope it doesn't spin any webs on my stuff or cause dust to fall from the lamp.

I'm in therapy for my anxiety (it's not the spider I'm afraid of, exactly; it's anything that could "dirty" my stuff or cause dust to spread), and I'm on pills for anxiety and OCD, among other things. If the spider would just cross my room on the wall, I could ask my boyfriend to get it out of my room--if he were home at the time (he's been working long hours lately). But thanks to you all, I appreciate it.
