some things I've tried are
-walking as fast as i can until I'm drained
- taking very deep breaths and letting them out slowly until I'm calm
-writing out what I'm angry about and what I could say to the person that might help remedy the situation if it involves another person.
-talking with someone else until I start to feel calm. That would be my goal to get to calm.
I don't have aspergers or autism but these have helped me.
