My sleep schedules been all over the place.. I'll fix it then I'll just mess it up again and it's making me difficult to get into a routine.
I'm having a really hard time being at all productive.. most days I can't even get myself to shower (I know it's gross). All I've been doing is spending time on the internet or playing The Sims or sleeping. I've been doing this for a while now and can't seem to snap out of it.
Getting myself into a daily routine has always been a very difficult thing for me to do.. I can do it for so long but eventually fall back into the haphazard- maladaptive bs.
Does anyone else experience this? How do you deal with it?
