I don't know if this is helpful, but I have been trying to set a routine to a clock (not sleep of course, as it either eludes me or consumes me...)
For instance, I eat small meals 8 10 12, etc. regardless of if I am hungry or not, I try to make myself shower by noon...(pushing it today) just stupid things like that. I don't know, kinda like holding myself accountable.
But sometimes that even proves too much work. Just a silly suggestion, I hope you don't think it's too dumb...but I guess if you do I can't do much about it right?
