Who says you have to take a shower every morning? Americans are way too obsessed with the morning shower. When we were little kids, my Mom would give us a bath once or twice a week (depending on what we had gotten into that day!) if you haven't been doing dirty, sweaty stuff, you don't need a daily shower. How about a nice relaxing bath before you go to bed? Bath salts, candles, music...then get into your Jammie's and hit the sack. I bet you will fall asleep faster. And you are not going to become uber stinky overnight!
