sometimes we find it difficult to say what we think when we see a doc, and of course if your mind is racing you might forget half of what you wanted to say. See if you can get to see someone, and even if they only offer you counselling, this is a good start and can lead to a psychiatrist doctor. Try writing a diary of how you feel for a few weeks. Write how you feel when you wake and before going to bed, and any other time during the day. This will help you and the doc see what's happening
