when this happens and i stay up all night i stay up all the next day too and maybe nap when the kids nap and then i can go to sleep at the right time that night.

i know it doesn't work for everybody but i can function normally on very little sleep, thankfully. also, i have kids who have a decently normal sleep schedule and my husband works during the day while i'm home with the kids so i have to be up.

and coffee helps me sooooo much. one cup puts me to sleep, two wake me up, and three give me energy xD but i've heard that coffee affects others VERY differently xD
