Why do I keep confiding in people? Why do I expect them to understand my innermost thoughts and emotions, my existential quandaries? It seems I am not attuned to the way the world works and I keep making the same mistakes over and again. I never do learn and I wind up trusting all the wrong people, disclosing all the wrong things, and people keep scoffing at me.

a poem writtenby: Bruce Weigl

We pray for the pain to stop out of habit,
because we're taught to be that way, you see,

but after I left the paradise of pain,
I was lonely, as for a lover.
What pain knows about me,
I wouldn't tell anyone else.

I really like your quote " We both know your not a complete idiot, your just on the dangerous side of naive"
warm thoughts.
