exhausted.... after a busy day yesterday i planned a duvet day today, but things didn't quite work out like that ... a parcel to collect from the sorting office before noon, a carer who insisted on me getting dressed and downstairs for my breakfast at 9am and a visitor at 2pm... oh well no rest for the wicked as the saying goes!
