One of my biggest problems when I have too much anxiety, is sleep for me.... If I try to sleep, and i lay in bed- I can't sleep..... Not all the timse, but Some Times, doing a quiet activity (like crocheting- staying away from TV and computer and phone when I do this quiet activity) can some times help... Other times It does not.
Some times quiet activity is also writing. some times sleepy tea helps me too... (sleepy tae with Valerian Root in it

all these are some times, they don't work all the time.. and I am not sure if they could be helpful for you but thought i would throw them out there..
