I had my first hypomanic episode over the summer. I also tried to clean my house but i completely over did it because I ended up stealing stuff from my family that wasn't mine and my organization method was to put everything in different bags and drawers. When i recovered, I couldn't remember where I put anything. So actually it didn't really help me with that aspect. However, it was the happiest I ever felt in my life but now it doesn't mean as much to me because I know in some sense it wasn't completely real.
