Hey Shery,
it may be a good idea to tell your doc a little of how you are feeling, as genetic says, s/he may be able to help medicate you better.
Try and do all the things that you know might make you feel a little 'better', such as bathing, and self-care techniques that you have learnt, getting out into the fresh air for a walk no matter how you detest the idea.
