It helps me to look at each "falling out"/problem with friends and loved ones as part of that whole relationship. We "know" the good friend and that they will be back and things will be made up and that our bad/down mood of today will be forgiven just as we forgive theirs when they bother us and the relationship will move forward again on a more even keel.
