Mine was a forced termination by a T who was leaving his practice for a time. He gave me 4 weeks. It initially felt too quick, but I wanted it over by the time that last week came. It was hard for it to be drawn out like that, especially when it's not your choice.

I had been in therapy for about 2 1/2 years I think at that point.
