I have gotten so attached to my therapist that I have a recording on my iPhone of his voice saying all of the things he believes about me and our relationship and work together. I can play it whenever I want and sometimes when feeling like calling him, I just play this message and hear exactly what I need to hear for the moment. That sense of understanding and appreciation is so crucial to a good experience in therapy. Sounds great to me.
