Hi all
I have felt a bit down for a while, spending a lot of time in bed and just felt exhausted. I cant really find the energy to go out. My friend has recommended me to go outside for 30 minutes or something every day at a certain time. I don't really feel it will make a difference. Did anyone do this? Did it help? I have also started to keep a diary, even though I don't think it will change anything - everything is just the same.
