Feynman was an atheist from his teens onward kelly4519. It's been said that Einstein believed but he said that wasn't true. The spaghetti thing was kind of cool... he not only loved it but he liked to cook it for friends
There may be lessons there Maven... I don't know. But Feynman's mind was a force of nature and he did excel in school so I'm not sure he ever doubted himself.
Maybe says something about IQ tests as Payne said. Plenty of people have IQ's in the 120's.
There are several youtube vids of Feynman. He lived into the 1990's. He was funny and charming as well as having a brilliant mind.
As I think quiz said, Feynman's qualities as a human being were as amazing as his mind.
He gave a lot of credit to his father for teaching him how to think.
