It's easier to have an anonymous love. IMHO.

But there is a drawback---you never meet him.

I am not sure what this means.

In my experience, it's probably been from just wanting to be loved. By someone, someone we would like to be loved by?

The idea of a soul mate is an ILLUSION. In reality, we must learn to be our own best friend/partner. Then if love comes to us, we will already be whole. All that love can do, at that point, is enhance our wholeness!
