My gp has referred me to see a psychologist and I'm trying to claim insurance for it. I'm still studying and my health cover was arranged by the school. If I claim insurance for seeing the psychologist, would they inform the school about it? Or would future schools and employers find out that I've been to see a psychologist? I have been experiencing psychosis triggered by anxiety and even though they don't really know what's wrong with me and I'm worried that schools and future employers would find out about it and think I'm unstable. Starting to wonder if getting help was a huge mistake. Please help!
