My brother got me some tulip bulbs and some other bulbs for my birthday. I'm so execited. I've been wanting to start my flower garden since we started working on our house. The house is getting close to getting done on the outside. We are starting on the back portion soon and the siding.

I've never done any gardening. So help anyone??? Which way do I set my bulbs in to grow??
