I just heard on the radio a guy talking about how all these people are faking their disabilities just to get SSD/SSI, blah, blah, blah. My son chimed in and agreed with him. And he knows I'm trying to get on it. Now I'm real upset. Oh, I don't doubt that there are a lot of people who are faking it, but it is almost to get SSDI even if you do have a disability--it's not like they're just randomly giving checks to anyone who walks in the social security office.
