I was in the middle of thanking everyone who replied to my very first post.. or is it called "thread". Also, are the topics aka "forum"? So when I see all the usernames on left of screen underlined in blue, then to the rite of the screen it says "view", "reply" next to each username, do I click on my choice of a username & reply to only that person? I will click on submit new thread. But who & how many is my message going to?

Please help me,, no one in my life understand depression, & Psych Central is just what I need.
What is "tag" used for? There is so much to learn. Is there anything simple I can click on, on this site that will show me how to navigate?
