hang in there woundedhearts your therapist will be back soon in the mean time how about keeping a journal, taking a walk, squishing play dough, taking a bath, listening to relaxation music, doing some progressive relaxation techniques like rrelaxing each group of muscles as you work your way down from head to toe or toe to head, pull out some paper and draw, or make a diarama of how you are feeling,, using grounding techniques of paying attention to what is going on around you - how the chair feels, a warm blanket feels.....
