Have you ever tried DBT? One of the major aspects of it was something along the lines of... taking opposite action. Every once in a while, try stepping out of your comfort zone. Go someplace that you've wanted to go for ages and keep putting it off, or see a friend that you haven't seen in a while. Have an escape plan. AKA, remember you forgot to do something, you have to leave, etc.... you're never STUCK anywhere. Keep your options open. Sometimes all it takes is a small kick in the butt to change your day from being depressed to having an OK or good time.
